The process starts at H Foreman & Son’ with their formidable reputation for providing the best quality and sustainable Yellowfin Tuna which is ‘Line-caught’ in the Indian Ocean and hand filleted in their factory. The Finale is completed at The Biltong Factory where Tuna Biltong comes to fruition with a secret blend of spices resulting in different tantalising flavours of Ocean Cured Tuna Biltong.

Fish biltong is an ancient speciality known as ‘bokkoms’ dating back to the 17th century and originating in South Africa, the Western Cape to be precise, The Biltong Factory’s Homeland.
