Cooking Instructions:
From Frozen: (do not defrost first!)
- Open the external bag containing the inner oven roasting bag.
- Place the oven roasting bag on a tray as is, do not open.
- Place in pre-heated oven at 120 degrees for 75 minutes.
- Carefully remove the ribs from oven bag and serve as desired.
Frozen Deliveries:
We deliver all frozen products in an insulated box with ice packs. Under normal conditions, this packaging should keep the items frozen for up to 12 hours.
