In 2016, two budding Biltong makers brought their unrivalled secret recipe to the UK, adding new recipes alongside South Africa’s trademark original Biltong flavour.
Today, we have an ever-growing number of members in our club who get their delicious Biltong orders delivered to them weekly.

Our Biltong is made and stored in a strict temperature controlled environment in order to ensure the best quality always.
Each week our Biltong is prepared and cut to your specific requirements then packaged in a controlled environment that keeps our product fresh.
This ensures that the flavour and quality stays as it should until it arrives though your door.
Our Biltong is prepared fresh and dispatched every Thursday of the week. We serve them in an assortment of seasoning, cuts,
moisture, and texture.

The equivalent of a rare steak. Extra dewy, less chewy.

Had more drying time. We call this old
school Biltong – perfect for anyone who enjoys a good chomp.
Unlike beef jerky that is traditionally heat-dried, Biltong is naturally air-dried.
This means that although Biltong is a preserved product, it’s still a natural food substance that contains water and is therefore still prone to spoilage.
We like to make our Biltong slightly on the wetter side as this makes it softer. The wetter or softer you like your Biltong, the higher the probability it could grow mould and the shorter its shelf life becomes.
To keep Biltong fresh and prevent mould from happening once your order has arrived, store it in an open bowl where it can air and mix it once in a while. Do not store Biltong in a sealed container.
We do not recommend freezing Biltong in order to extend its shelf life as meat releases more moisture once it has been defrosted. Should you choose to freeze your Biltong, however, be sure to defrost it in the driest possible atmosphere.
