Delivery

Your Biltong will be sent to you via Royal Mail. Fresh Biltong and Droewors should be expected within 1-2 working days*.

Our packages are classed as large letters, so they will fit through 90% of letterboxes. If you have specific delivery requirements, please let us know before your first delivery is sent to avoid your order going missing.

*Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next day.

Orders over £70, Club orders and shipping within London is free of charge.

UK deliveries to addresses outside of London which are below £70 costs:

Yes, you can collect from us in NW London if you let us know you will  be coming (42 Green Walk, Hendon, London, NW4 2AJ). When placing your order, choose ‘Local Pickup’ as the delivery option. The website will tell you collection times for the week.

Your delivery is important to us. That’s why we’ve designed our new packaging for our biltong with letterboxes in mind. Our Biltong products fit neatly in a rigid, large letter sized envelope. If your letterbox is too small to accommodate a larger sized envelope (ours measure approximately XXXcm wide, XXXcm long and XXXcm deep) maybe have your fresh biltong delivered to your work address instead!

Sure! We know customers like to order Biltong in advance, so whilst checking out, you’ll be given the option to choose a future delivery date after choosing a shipping method.

My Order

We send you email notifications to keep you informed of when we dispatch the order. You can always log in and check the status at any time.

If you’re joining the Biltong Club, you can opt in to receive SMS notifications when purchasing a subscription.

We prepare fresh biltong for each order. If you are a club member, you will be able to change or cancel your plan before each weeks shipment before it is locked. For one off orders, please feel free to reach out to us at info@thebiltongfactory.co.uk and we’ll do our best to get you taken care of.

As we prepare fresh Biltong for each order, we do not accept returns. If there is a quality issue or something you are unhappy with, please feel free to reach out to us at info@thebiltongfactory.co.uk and we’ll do our best to get you taken care of.

My Subscription

Yes, we make it extremely simple for you to pause your subscription if need be. Just head over to the account area, select your subscription and click the pause button. This will pause your subscription for 7 days.

We will remind you on the Sunday before we begin to prepare your Biltong. Our website allows you to easily change the flavours, moisture and thickness of any bag for your next delivery.

As we prepare fresh Biltong every week, you’ll have until midnight on Sunday to update your order, before it is locked and can no longer be edited.
