Cooking Instructions:

Defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted cook within 1 day.

Before cooking remove all packaging including divider papers.

This product is suitable for frying, barbequing and baking.

When cooking ensure that the patty is thoroughly cooked through.

Bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes in a pre-heated oven.

All frozen products are shipped in an insulated box with ice packs to maintain temperature and freshness throughout transit.

Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver all frozen orders within 24 hours.
If your order arrives within this timeframe, it should still be fully frozen. Please place it straight into the freezer upon delivery.

If Delivery Takes 24–48 Hours
If your items arrive between 24–48 hours after dispatch, they may be thawed or partially thawed. This is completely safe.
In this case, please store the items in the refrigerator and cook within 3 days.

If Delivery Arrives After 48 Hours
If your delivery arrives more than 48 hours after dispatch, do not use the products.
Please discard them immediately for your safety.
